Welcome to
The Landing
Riverfront Bar & Restaurant
Fountain City, Wisconsin
The first weekend in September the weekend after labor day a bunch of American legion Riders from Glenville MN took a trip to Fountain city Wisconsin. For the last few years we've been there and every time we go we have breakfast and supper both Friday and Saturday night.
I highly recommend the Landing because the food is great, and the ownership, and staff is beyond top notch.I can with ease give the a rating 15 out of 10. Whenever we walked in we were welcomed like family, can't say enough about them. They even handled our orders in a timely fashion and we had 10 people in our group.

Welcoming owner, Jeff, Beautiful river view from the upstairs deck, nice patio service and food was a good and that worked for us!
All of bass camp knows of your awesome breakfast!!!!!! I’m on the way!
We had a prime rib sandwich and a Roast Beef Cheddar sandwich. Both sandwiches were fantastic. The Roast Beef was loaded with sautéed peppers and mushrooms and/ or onions. Fries were a step above regular fries. Owner served us and told us a lot about the history of the building. Highly recommend you give The Landing a try. Nice deck with a beautiful river view for a sunset. Be warned: the deck is very close to the railroad tracks
We came here for breakfast to escape a thunderstorm at our camp ground. Delicious food and friendly service. They calmly handled all the extra business from the storms.
Delicious breakfast, especially the pancakes!

I had the prime rib sandwich on sourdough with fries. The cost was $15. It was very good. There were very few people in the bar restaurant when we got there.

This place was recommended for weekend breakfast and it did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet is only on Sunday and it was so tasty. All the usual breakfast staples were present, plentiful and delicious. My favorite was the homemade hash laced with creamy bleu cheese. The service was top-notch. The ambiance is the expected river town stop. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I do recommend now as well.
They had a prime rib special. It was also Friday so I had the broiled cod with 3 jumbo shrimp. The cod was a bit over seasoned but that was better than some places where it isn't seasoned at all. They had a salad bar. I had a baked potatoe with my fish.
